Hey Dianne & Gary,
Just wanted to touch base with you on Tucker.
He has grown so much!!! At his last visit he was almost 10lbs. He is
so sweet and very smart. We love him so much and he completes our
family. I had him house trained in about 3 weeks and he starts
obedience school next week. His first Christmas was so fun – he got
new pj’s like everyone else and many presents from “Santa”. He loves
going on walks and running around in the backyard. He brought me a
treat yesterday when he came back in from going potty……..a dead
bird. Ewwwww!!!!! I attached some pics that we took before
Christmas. Oh yeah, one more thing – I got both the kids pillows
made with Tucker’s face on them. I ordered them from Pillowmob and
it was their favorite Christmas gift
J.
Take care and talk to you soon.

 Hello
Dianne and Gary, I hope all is well! Baldwin, now Sanders, is a
year old now. I have attached two pictures of him. It is hard to
get a good one, because he is usually on the move. In the first one
he got a hold of a paper bag and had some fun. He still plays with
a tennis ball pretty much every waking moment.
He
still has not grown hair on his nose, but his whiskers have grown
out. Every time I take him to get groomed they ask me who cut the
hair off his nose like that, thinking I abuse him
J,
but they realize that is how it grows once I explain. We go to the
park every night and play fetch with his tennis ball, about 30
tosses a night, unless it is raining then we go for runs around the
neighborhood.
He is
skittish around strange people, which is not all bad (an excuse to
keep running when they try to talk and he is slowly warming up) but
lover dogs and playing with them. He is a great watch dog, will bark
to let you know some one is around or something is wrong, but quiets
up on command.
He is
about 60 lbs now, tall and lean. Everyone stops at the park to
watch him and comment on how big, strong, and fast he runs. And
night when it is bed time he turns into a cuddle bug and calms down
well. He sleeps in the bedroom right next to the bed on the
floor. Then we wake up every morning at 6 am and go for a morning
walk, but will let me sleep in on the weekends to about 8 if I want.
We
really enjoyed having him as part of the family. I have been
trying to get a picture of him posing when he is looks up and
listens for something, but never have a camera on me when he does.
If I can get one, I will send it to you.
Have
a good day and Happy Holidays this year end!
 Hi
Gary and Dianne,
I wanted to let you know that I changed jerrys name to Lennon. He
came to it the day after I brought him home, I think he loves it. He
has been very intelligent, cuddly, and playful. We have a zuchon
puppy that is four days older than him and he loves her. Of course
she rules over him like a typical small dog, but he loves it. He has
done well with potty training with a few accidents. He sleeps in bed
with me every night and I have not put him in his cage since he came
home. Whenever I do my art projects he is right by me snuggled at my
feet. As always, hes by my side. He also likes to watch tv! He's
been a great addition to my family. Thanks for such a good boy. We
will be updating you soon, but here are a few pictures!
Leeann
 We
got Pam from you, who now goes by Piper. She is doing great. We
couldn't have asked for a better puppy. She is extremely intelligent and
loving. She loves to playing in the pond. We take 4-wheeler rides quite
often around the property. Pretty soon she'll be able to jump up there
by herself. We went to the vet a couple weeks ago and she weighed 28
lbs. We're thinking she'll probably end up being about 50-60 lbs. She's
all legs though so I'm guessing she's going to be tall. Everyone that
meets her falls in love instantly. She has defiantly melted our hearts.
I'll keep you posted on her progress. I'm sure you like to hear all
about the puppies you've had in the past, I know I would.
Talk to you soon

Hello
Black Family!
We just wanted to share with you a picture of Milo as he is now a year
old! The photos were taken in April, 2011. He is an extremely
intelligent puppy and has such a neat personality! He loves to play
fetch, soccer and hide and seek (with our shoes that he hides!). He
loves to ride in the car and has vacationed in Michigan and New York
with us. He loves to cuddle and he still likes to be held (like you
would hold a toddler!)
We are so happy to have Milo as a part of our family!
Thanks!
Plassenthal Family
Hello,
Here we are 1 year later as today is Scamp's 1st
birthday. We thought we'd send you a photo. He has been the best dog
ever! He trained extremely easy and hasn't eaten any furniture at all!
Feel free to share his photos on your website if you'd like. Helen is
in the picture of one of them.
We get many compliments on him everywhere we take him. He currently
weighs 38 lbs and has been a wonderful addition to our family. Thank
you so much for such a wonderful, quality puppy.

Dear Dianne and Gary,
I just wanted to let you know how much we love
Jude and what a blessing he has been to us and our family. Our son
has been having difficulties due to his autism, and Jude will
automatically sit with him and comfort him-it is truly amazing. As
for the rest of the family he provides a much needed diversion. At
four months old, he is already a whopping 36 pounds and is on adult
dog food. Behavior wise he terrific and I am hoping to enroll him in
obedience training as soon as my son settles down.
All the best to you and your family.
Thanks again-
Lisa Peterson

Bailey update! The
smartest puppy on the planet! Has housebroken herself at 9 weeks!!! Goes
to the door and immediately goes to the bathroom-amazing! Teddy and she
are now almost best of buds. She's such a doll!:) thanks ever so much!
( Sent on 5/30/ 2011 about the puppy Anne from Auzzie and Elijah.)
Quick update-She now can come, sit and
down on command at just 12 weeks! We take her several hikes every day
and do not have her on lead and she stays right with us. She is such a
joy! Sleeps through the night abet in our bed. She weighed in at 11.9
lbs at 11 weeks at her first vet check. Hope all your pups are doing
well. I'll send a pic soon.:)

(Dianne's note: Freddy was a
tail ender, last of his litter to be sold.
Look at him at one
year old. He is wonderful with the hair growth. From Patches, check out his half brothers and sisters
above.)
  We
bought Fitz (Freddy) from you last July and we
absolutely love him!! Fitz is 55 lbs and growing at a year old and
as you requested, attached is a picture of him.
Hope that you are both doing well.
Thanks for everything, it feels like Fitz has been part of our
family for years!

Below is a recent email from Patti
As I picked her from the
litter of palm sized squeaky different colored babies …. I wondered
what she would be like as a full grown dog. She is certainly an
“eye turner”. Everywhere we go, we will be stopped by someone
saying, “what a pretty dog – but what breed is she”? She is very
healthy, loves to run, easily trained/smart and a people
lover (especially kids). She gets along well with other dogs and a
tolerant cat. She has the softest wavy fur, which sheds slightly (I
have had her clipped twice). We do keep her exercised/socialized
with “doggie day care” and she is in obedience training. She knows
her manners (at the top of her class) and has our heart!
I recommend Black’s Farm to
anyone who is looking for a special puppy (you can not go wrong with
an AussiePoo). Dianne and Gary know what they are doing when
providing healthy and well balanced puppies. I am happy to share
our GREAT experience with others or to show her off!
Hello Black Family-
Just want to let you know that we are so happy to have Zoe. She
is a great puppy. Well on her way to being completely
housetrained. She obeys the commands come, sit, shake, leave
it, we are working on no biting and she is getting it, she rings
a bell to go outside, and she already plays fetch. What a smart
little dog. I forwarded your information to our pastor. He s
in the market for a puppy and has children with allergies. He
LOVED Zoe! I saw you still have two left from her litter. I
hope he takes one. It would be cool to have a brother and
sister in the same town.
Take care.

Hello
Gary and Diane. We are the owners of the puppy ( the black
female) which was picked up @ your farm on June 21st. We have named
her Kallie and I have attached a picture for you to see her progress.
The vet was very appreciative of the vials that you
sent her home with and said she is a very healthy girl. We are having a
wonderful time with her as part of her family, although I must say I
look forward to the day she sleeps past 6 AM!! She is currently 19
lbs and growing like a weed. Hope you are all doing well. Thanks for
providing us with a fabulous puppy!!

Hi Gary and Dianne. We were just looking at all the gorgeous puppies
on your website and saw the picture of Kallie we sent when she was a
puppy. So we wanted to send you an updated picture of her at 16
months. As you can see, she is beautiful. We love her. She is
friendly, loves to play with other dogs and pretty well behaved.
Thanks again for providing us with a fabulous dog. We recommend your
puppies all the time.
Hi Dianne
(born 20 Oct 2009 to Paris and Ozzie)

Just
thought I would send you some pictures of Beau who was first
named Enzo when I left Ohio to bring him to Portland, OR. His first
day home our family renamed him Beau! He has been an absolute dream
puppy! Other than a few nibbled shoes he has been a model citizen! His
favorite chew toy is the kids old shin guards from soccer! He has a
very mellow disposition and eats like a Cat! I put his food out and he
nibbles all day. He is huge so don't let that fool you. At 9
months
he is at least 70lbs!
Hope you and your family our well!

Gary and Dianne,
Libby is 3 months old and weighs 18 lbs. Had to send all of
these pictures
because she is so precious and we couldn't love her more. She
is so smart
and a really good puppy. No crate anymore she sleeps on one of
the six beds
around the house that we have for her and Sam and goes in and
out of the dog
door like she has been here forever. I hope you are both well.
It looks
like you are almost puppyless for awhile. Take care and thank
you again. We
will watch your website and see what is happening.
Danny and Kathy Davidson
Wanted to send some pics. We are
loving Libby so much. Sam and Libby the perfect pair! She gets
ahold of
Sam's tail and they run around the yard. Hope this finds you
both well.
Kathy

Dianne
and Gary,
Libby is almost a year old! I have been looking at the adorable
puppies.
Libby is a joy and so bright and sweet, she has such a
personality and is so
athletic. We have a ball game every night! We love her so
much. She has a
beautiful tail and we keep her hair short. Here is a recent
picture. Take
care.
Kathy
Hi,
Just wanted to send you a picture of Libby at 1 1/2. We love

I thought you might like to
see the Oldmeadow pup from the Paris litter from October 19th.
He is a perfect pet for our family. He loves being
around all of us, especially our young children, Andrew and
Nicole. He is friendly to everyone he meets and everyone
comments on what a calm, friendly puppy he is. His favorite
game is snatching something he thinks he shouldn’t have and
getting the kids to chase him. This tires everyone out
which is a great win for Mom and Dad.
Thank you for taking such
great care of him in those early days. He’s wonderful!

VANNATTA FROM AUSSIE
Hi Gary and Dianne,
I have to write because I simply can't believe what a wonderful
little puppy we received from Blacks Farm. She is the best
family dog EVER! I grew up with English Springer Spaniels, and
resisted that breed for our family because of the in-breeding
and shedding. Our research for a smart, non-shedding, gentle,
family-oriented dog led us to the Aussiedoodle. This little gal
has exceeded all of our expectations! She loves the kids (sleeps
with them at night), willingly lets them take food from her
bowl, comes when called, is potty trained (even rings a bell on
our back door), is up for a tug-o-war or a snuggle -- whichever
one we want, is gentle with the kids, and shows us in every
conceivable way how much she loves us! Thank you for the
wonderful job you do socializing these amazing little pups. I
know there may be some families who met our Sally this weekend
who may be in the market for their own Aussiedoodle. I will pass
along your web site to them. Thank you again. We love Sally and
know she came from conscientious, loving breeders! Sincerely,
The VanNatta Family

STEINKE FROM PARIS
Here she is.....Miss Grace! 3 months old and over 20
pounds! She looks like a little grizzly bear since she has
no tail! She is just adorable and gets prettier everyday.
She is a sassy little girl who loves to challenge us every
chance we get. We love her to pieces! We take her
out for 3 30 minute walks a day to help her release some of her
extra puppy energy. She enjoys that a lot. As you
can see in this picture she LOVES to play in the mud and
absolutely loved the snow when we had it! Everyone at our vet
loves her and the vet that saw her made sure everybody there
looked at her as none of them had seen an Aussiedoodle before
(mind you we live right outside of Washington DC)! They
love it when we come back in each time for shots! She
adores our 12 year old lab and is taking quick lessons from her
and noticing already that our oldest son is handicapped.
She waits for the moment he is around so that she can sit in his
lap and lick, lick, lick! She doesn't do this to any of
the rest of us. Thanks for our sweet little (not for much
longer) girl. Dina Steinke and family
Hi there Mr. and Mrs. Black,
I just wanted to update you guys with some pictures of
Grace. It has been just about a year since I flew into to
Dayton to pick her and the other puppy (now Winston) up. She
has grown so much in the past year. We just love her to
pieces!! I don’t know if you got the phone message I left
you telling you that. She is taller than our lab (she is a
field lab) but doesn’t weigh as much. She is about 47
pounds. Everyone thinks she is about 70 pounds though
because all of her hair. She LOVES the snow. She also loves
to swim in the summer. She’s just an all around gal! She is
really comical. The second someone pets her, she rolls over
on her back and wants them to rub her tummy. She does
sometimes think she is a lap dog. Everyone asks what type of
a dog she is and LOVES her look.
Hi there.
I thought I would send you an updated picture of Grace. She
is now 18 months old. We have some exciting news. Grace took
a basic obedience class and finished with her CGC (Canine
Good Citizen). We are hoping to move on to therapy work
next. She is such an awesome dog! We just love her and so
does everyone that meets her. One pat on the head and she is
upside down, flat on her back, begging for a tummy rub. She
is so calm and has never chewed anything of ours. She does
love to herd though.
J
Thanks again for an awesome dog!
Dina Steinke

RANLY FROM AUSSIE
Here is our rambunctious puppy. Don’t let the cute face
fool you, Josie is a lot more mischievous than she appears.
She loves playing with her Golden Retriever cousin Kaylee, and
is way too much of a people person. She is getting more
cute and curly (and bigger) everyday! She is very attentive, and
comes as soon as you call her, as long as you have a little
puppy food on you. Thanks for the good work you do, and we
hope everyone has as much fun with their puppy as we are having
with Josie

Hi,
We thought you might enjoy seeing how big "Joy" renamed
Zoey got
since last year when she was born on December 8, 2008. She
is the sweetest and most lovable dog. We certainly enjoy
her. The dog in the background is our Huskeydoodle and
they love to play with each other. Your new puppies are so
cute. Enjoy your holidays.

red
male-Duke renamed Colt 6 weeks to 10 months
Mr. & Mrs. Black,
I just wanted to let you know I am sending
someone your way for an aussiedoodle.
Also, I wanted to provide you with an updated
picture of "Duke" (we renamed him Colt).
He has a fantastic personality & my 10 year old
son and we just adore him.
He is 53 lbs right now and has 2 more months
till he will be 1 year old. We have had
him trained and he is very smart! It only
took us 10 days after we brought him home to
have him house trained - he goes to our sliding
back door & knocks on the glass with his nails
when he wants to go out!
The new puppies on your web page are beautiful.
Good luck!
Pam, Rich and Zachary Roberson
Mrs. Black,
Yes, please do use the picture. Everyone
says how beautiful he is and I have provided
your website to several people.
Colt is very easy to groom & loves to have a
bath. He just stands still and allows you
to wash, trim hair and nails. Great
personality.
Take care,
Pam

blue
merle male-Silver SOLD
Hi Gary & Dianne! We hope you two
are well!
We wanted to share with you some pictures of our
favorite new family member, Pepper (formerly Silver).
Pepper is now just over 6 months old, almost 50 pounds
and is doing wonderfully! Every single person we
meet says he is the cutest (and most unusual looking)
dog they have ever seen.
He is such a huge part of our lives now and can't
believe how quickly he has grown up from that little 9
lb puppy we first met back in late January.
As you will see from the attached pictures, Pepper is
very happy and has already had a lot of adventures.
All the Best!
Matt, Sandy & Pepper Gribbin

Hi,
I have been looking at the new bunch of puppies.
How cute they are. Took me back to when we first
picked out Rugby on the internet, and anxiously awaited
meeting him and taking him home. It is now a few
weeks before his first birthday, and he is 62 pounds of
joy for me. He is such a smart dog, and has
learned so much this past year. He loves to go to
the dog park and play with all the dogs. Rugby has
also become quite the cuddler. He is all we were
looking for in a dog, and are extremely happy with him.
Like one of the other letters from an owner from his
litter said, everywhere we go everyone come up to us to
remark how adorable his is, and how they have never seen
anything like him. When we tell them he is an
Aussiedoodle, most people aren't familiar with the
breed.
What a great addition to our family.
Thanks,
Dawn Barchus

This is a picture of Jack, the largest Goldendoodle we
have ever seen. Teresa bought Sophia from us, a
mini Aussiedoodle to be company to Jack. I was
struck by the size difference of these two doodle dogs.
They are amazing and best friends. Dianne

Description of an aussiedoodle as
found online “The key to cross breeding to purebred dogs is what is
called hybrid vigor, the breeding resulting in a healthier dog with
superior genetic constitution can come from dogs purebred for so long
that they have common genetic disorders. The Aussiedoodle may have
low-shedding and low-dander characteristics from the Poodle breed, even
with the longer coat. They may also inherit a higher intelligence
associated with the Poodle. This is an attractive dog that comes in a
variety of colors. The Australian Shepherd has traditionally been a
herding type dog, which can be passed onto the Aussiedoodle.”
The Australian Shepherds that allow us to live here take
care of us and our livestock. They herd the goats and pigs and
grandchildren. They are the very best outside herd dog. Our
twelve grandchildren love them and the dogs would protect the children
all day long making sure none of them are hurt. We own a couple of
females and one little male pup. First picture is of Duke, a male
pup, second picture is Fudge and Duke as puppies, the third picture is
of Aussie, four and five are just pups playing, the sixth picture is of
Paris, picture seven and eight are of Aussie who could be considered a
miniature.
